INTRODUCTION
Development of Tourism and protection of environment are not separate challenges but are both complimentary and supplementary in their relationship. Ecology, environment and tourism are becoming more inter-woven. Ecology is the study how organisms interact in and with the natural world. Environment can be considered as the surroundings of organism. It influences the organism in various ways which in turn responds back by showing certain adaptation for thriving successfully in the given environment. It includes both physical (Abiotic-non-living) and living (biotic). Physical-comprises of climate, biotic relates to various relationships which exist among different organism. According to Hector-Ceballos Lascurain, “Tourism” was cited for the first time in the Oxford English Dictionary in 1811. The term Tourist, meaning “an individual who travels for the pleasure, out of curiosity” made its first appearance around 1800 (1996 pg.-1) Human kind has always had the desire to travel, to visit exotic places and to encounter different cultures.
